Reviews

Every rating we have received, in one place: the five-star ones and the ones that aren’t. Filter by product, read the photos, and read our replies.

Reviews are collected from verified purchases across our official Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop stores in Singapore and Malaysia, and from this site. Names are shown the way the platforms show them. We publish every rating, and we answer the low ones. If a review says the product stopped working, you will usually find the reason in our reply. Want the research instead? It lives on our studies page.

I bought at the higher price as compared to shoppee. The outcome of trying for a month is not very obvious to relieve my body pain. Sleeping disorder also not obvious helpful. Maybe need longer period to see effect?

I received mat with test pen.missing. seller agreed to deliver test pen at no.cost. seller requested full name address and contact number. Tik tok does not allow buyers full detail to seller.
    Now Tic Tok.closed.the case.
In view of the above i would now request for a full.refund.
