Quality:When I first heard of sleeping with a grounding mat from YouTube ads, I thought it was selling snake oil! As a scientific n evident based person, I set out to conduct my own experiment n constructed my 1st version of grounding mat using Aluminum foil n sleep with n without for 30 days to ensure it is not placedo. I found sleeping with grounding, I can sleep deep n sound n hence brought this grounding pillow to compliment the rest of my grounding setup!

Plain simple design, easy to use, just plugged into the socket. grounding pillows is good for sleep, but it take times to see results. this item came with testpen, very convenient to test the grounding results.
