At Naturalive, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely, wherever you are. This policy explains our shipping rates, timeframes, and how we look after your parcel on the way.
Shipping Rates
Singapore & Malaysia
- FREE shipping on all orders above SGD $20.
- Orders of SGD $20 and below ship at the rate shown at checkout.
All Other Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping for all other destinations is calculated by weight and destination, and the exact rate is always shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are determined by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Singapore: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Malaysia: dispatched locally from within Malaysia — typically 3–7 business days, with no customs or import charges for Malaysian customers.
- Other destinations: delivery estimates are shown at checkout and on your tracking page.
Deliveries are handled by trusted regional partners, including J&T Express and NinjaVan. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
Order Protection
Orders above SGD $200 are automatically insured in transit at no extra cost. If your order arrives damaged, email returns@naturalive.co with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund — shipping on us. (See our Refund Policy for full details.)
Bulk & Business Orders
For orders of 20+ units or above SGD $500, contact bulk@naturalive.co — custom shipping arrangements may be available.
