I placed my order on 3 April late evening and received on 8 April afternoon. Items were neatly packed in a hard solid tube container. I bought the socket tester and tester pen that come in a set but the grounding mat already has another tester pen enclosed. Now I have 2 tester pens. : )) Tester the socket - 2 green lights appeared. This means CORRECT ground line. I place the tip of the tester pen on the mat. There is red light. Just to do further test, I placed the tip of the tester pen on my mattress - no red light. Will give update if it works. Thanks seller for the neat packaging and items received all v brand new.
