Setup in 60 Seconds
Setup in 60 Seconds
Snap the cord onto your sheet or mat, plug the adapter into the earth pin of any local 3-pin socket, and you're grounded. No electricity flows; the cord is a path, not a power line. A conductivity tester pen ships with every order: touch it to the surface once you're set up and it lights when the surface conducts. Step-by-step in each product's setup guide.
Materials & Care
Materials & Care
One thread runs through all three: your body spends the whole day insulated from the ground it evolved on. Here is what a grounding mat does about it.
How It Works
Three ways to see it. Tap to switch between them.
What It Does In You
From the soles up, contact with the Earth's charge touches system after system. Follow the path.
-
1
Entry at the soles
Bare skin meets the conductive weave and the exchange begins, the same equalising contact bare feet find on grass. Oschman et al., 2015 · review, industry-funded →
-
2
Muscles & recovery
An independent, triple-blinded university trial reported faster recovery and lower muscle-damage markers after hard exercise; a double-blind study of 32 men found the same. Müller et al., University of Salzburg, 2019 · independent →
-
3
Calmer inflammation
A review of early, mostly industry-funded studies reports lower inflammation markers after grounding. Oschman et al., 2015 · review, industry-funded →
-
4
Heart & circulation
Studies report improved heart-rate variability and reduced blood viscosity. Chevalier et al., 2013 · industry-funded →
-
5
Sleep & stress
A randomised, double-blind trial measured more total sleep time on an earthing mat; the first grounded-sleep study reported steadier cortisol rhythms. This is where the path ends, at the head. Park et al., Kyung Hee University, 2025 · manufacturer-funded →
Studies report these effects; individual results vary. See our health disclaimer.
How It Reaches Your Floor. Even the 30th.
You don't need a garden to be grounded. The Earth reaches your bedroom through a wire your building has carried all along.
-
The Earth's charge
The ground beneath your block holds a gentle negative charge, the same one bare feet find on grass.
-
Your building's earth rod
Every building is earthed by law: a conductor buried in the soil at its foundation.
-
The earth wire
That connection runs up inside the walls, a copper root through thirty storeys.
-
The third pin
It surfaces at every socket as the earth pin. No electricity flows. It's a path, not a power line.
-
Your grounding sheet
Snap in, and your bed joins the circuit. Barefoot on the Earth, thirty storeys up.
See Grounding in Action
The whole path from the soil to your mat. No electricity is involved, and you can watch the connection on a meter.
- 1The Earth’s chargeThe ground carries a gentle negative charge, the same one bare feet meet on grass.
- 2Your building’s earth lineEvery building is earthed by law. The line runs from the soil up the building’s spine to every floor, including yours.
- 3The earth pinIt surfaces at every socket as the earth pin. The switch stays off. It’s a path, not a power line.
- 4Your sheet or matSnap the cord on and rest bare skin on it. You become the last link in the path.
Sixty Seconds to Grounded
No tools or wiring needed, and no electricity flows: just a path to the Earth.
Snap it
Snap the cord onto the button at the corner of your sheet or mat.
Plug it
Into the earth pin of any 3-pin wall socket. No power flows. It's a path, not a supply.
Sleep on it
Skin contact does the rest. Most people notice changes within 1–4 weeks.
- 100 kΩ safety resistor, built into the cord
- 4.5 m of cord to reach any socket
- 60 days to return it unopened
Safety adapter and tester pen included with every order.
What the Studies Report
Twenty-eight human studies over twenty years. The four that matter most for a grounding mat are below: attributed, with sample sizes, linked in full.
Faster recovery and lower muscle-damage markers after intensive exercise
University of Salzburg · 2019 · triple-blinded, sham-controlled · 22 adults · independent
Read the paper →Smaller rise in creatine kinase after hard exercise (P = 0.04)

Kyung Hee University College of Medicine · 2025 · randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled · 56 adults · manufacturer-funded

Before You Ask
Is this pseudoscience?
Twenty-eight human studies of indoor grounding have been published over twenty years, including an independent, triple-blinded recovery trial at the University of Salzburg (2019) and a randomised, double-blind sleep trial at Kyung Hee University (2025). They report faster recovery, better sleep, steadier cortisol and calmer stress. The samples are small, so we say studies report, not proven, and we list every study we could find, with its sample size and funding, in our research library so you can judge for yourself.
Is plugging into a socket safe?
The cord connects only to the earth pin, the same safety ground your fridge, kettle and every appliance in your home already use. It never touches the live or neutral pins, and no household current flows through it; a built-in 100 kΩ resistor limits any ordinary fault to an imperceptible level. Want certainty? Our tester kit verifies your socket's earth in seconds. Everyday safety questions about storms, extension cords and pacemakers are answered in our FAQ.
Does it work through socks?
Bare skin gives the strongest connection: feet, palms, or any skin resting on the surface. If you prefer socks, choose thin natural-fibre ones: cotton or bamboo conduct once lightly damp from the skin's natural moisture. Synthetic socks, shoes and thick layers block the path.
What about cleaning and durability?
A damp cloth, then air dry. Never the washing machine, never soaked. That's the whole routine; a mat has no wash cycle to get wrong and needs no testing schedule. Every product carries the 1-year warranty and the 60-day connection guarantee.
Why not just walk barefoot?
You should. Barefoot on grass is grounding in its original form. But the studies' strongest reported effects came from hours of sustained contact, and that's hard to get outdoors daily. A mat grounds you through the hours you're already at the desk or on the floor.
Is the price worth it?
Used daily, a grounding product costs cents per session over its first year. A 1-year warranty, a connection guarantee and 60-day returns on unopened items carry the risk, not you. Free shipping over $20 across SG & MY, and Grab PayLater can split the payment at checkout.
What if it stops working?
Touch your tester pen to the surface. If it lights, the mat conducts, so check the cord snap and the socket next, and WhatsApp us if you're stuck. If it doesn't, wipe the surface with a damp cloth to lift any lotion or dust film and test again. Either way, the connection is guaranteed for 60 days and the 1-year warranty stands behind any defect.

Hope will help in my life.
Bought the starter set . Comes with instruction but for first time user , the instructions is not clear. Socket tester when plug in , nothing happen, do we need to switch on electrical power to see the light? When on the electrical power and the whole house trip. So we don't dare to use the socket tester :P
Great quality and function. Love the packaging.
Came in cylinder packing. Like it.
